SJR is looking for an HR Specialist in Manager Support

SJR is now seeking an HR Specialist in manager support for our client, a large authority with offices in Kungsholmen. This is a consulting assignment starting immediately until 31/7 with good opportunities for extension.

About the position

We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist who wants to work in an operational and advisory role with a focus on manager support. The assignment starts immediately and is full-time for an extended period. In this role, you will be responsible for providing qualified advice across the entire HR area and strengthening managers in their employer responsibilities. You will work closely with the operations and contribute to creating good conditions for leaders in their daily work.

Responsibilities

• Be the operational contact person and HR support for several managers
• Provide advice on HR issues, terms, and labor law
• Support managers in personnel matters and difficult conversations
• Engage in dialogue and collaborate with employee organizations
• Ensure correct application of relevant agreements and regulations
• Contribute to strengthening managers in their roles as clear employers

Suitable background

We are looking for someone with experience working as an HR Specialist or Personnel Specialist with manager support, preferably within public sector or another regulated organization. You have an HR education or equivalent experience and are confident in labor law matters. You also have a good understanding of agreements, regulations, and terms related to the employer area.
